Founded in 1973, Shanghai Centre for Scientific and Technological Exchange with Foreign Countries (SSTEC) is a non-profit organization mainly involved in international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges under the leadership of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality.
