Recently, Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology has decided to be the support of RECE to be held from Oct.22-24 in Shanghai. RECE is going to be one important part of the international cooperation program of renewable and new energy in China. The program was launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology and National Development and Reform Commission on Nov. 12, 2007. It is to broaden the international market and develop the renewable and new energy industries through international science and technology cooperation. The ministry and commission will attract the capital from the foreign government and organizations to promote this program through special fund.
